OUR STORY

Old Mill Camp is a family owned and operated business established in 2017. It's located directly across from the entrance of Cummins Falls State Park in Jackson County Tennessee. Our goal is to provide an exceptional camping experience for our guests in hopes they make memories they will cherish for a lifetime.

Located at 4801 Blackburn Fork Road in Cookeville Tennessee is Old Mill Camp. The campground offers pull through sites (ranging from 130 ft to 150 ft) and back-in sites (ranging from 65 ft to 100 ft). All RV sites are equipped with sewer hook up, 50 amp service only (if your RV is 30 amp, you must bring a 50 to 30 amp adapter), free wifi, water hydrant, cooking grill, fire pit, and picnic table.

Conveniently located at the campground is Old Mill Camp General Store. You will feel like you are stepping back in time once you arrive at Old Mill Camp General Store. From the oldies music playing outside, the jukebox playing old tunes inside, hand scooped ice cream, bologna and cracker sandwiches, and the hospitality of the staff, you will love the quiet atmosphere. There are many local old-timers that sit on the front porch whittling and reminiscing about good times. You can purchase Cummins Falls memorabilia inside as well as inquire about other local state parks and area attractions.

*The general store is open year round but has limited hours Nov-April.

The general store is also the check-in station when open.

Went and checked out the newly opened campground this afternoon. What a diamond in the rough. The owners are so nice and friendly. The store is everything everyone says it is. The bathhouse is amazing. You can see the hard work, planning and pride the owners are putting into their campground. The grounds at still raw from the building but will be gorgeous in a year or so. It is very shady with large backin and pull through sites. Picnic table, fire ring, and grill at each site.

This camping experience was one of a kind! With amazing southern hospitality and a awesome family that owns the grounds, it's a wonderful site to take your family! The generals store is like walking into a country museum in a way, taking you back in time. The cleanliness of everything was enjoyable. Everything is brand new and it's kept in impeccable condition. It's right across from the falls which was a huge perk and filled up our days with so much fun. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great camping trip!
