RULES & REGULATIONS
Check-In 2:00-6:00 PM (if you will be arriving after 6:00 CST, please let campground know)

Parent or guardian must supervise children at all times.
Please observe Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH around campground. If you are making dust, you are driving too fast and will be asked to leave.
Manager reserves the right to terminate tenancy of any site due to campground rules violations or any objectionable conduct.
The following are PROHIBITED: Violators will be asked to leave and no rent will be refunded.

Smoking inside any building on the campground.

No dish washing, laundry, or smoking in the restroom.

Running of generators.

Parking any type of vehicle on the grass.

Tents are NOT allowed on designated RV only sites.
When you are at campground, you must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked.

NO AREA RUGS ON GRASS, MUST BE KEPT ON GRAVEL ONLY!!!
All vehicles, RVs, and trailers must be parked on your campsite or driveway. Driving or parking off road is not permitted.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Please be considerate of others.
Camping longer than 14 consecutive days is generally not allowed.
Drugs and Alcohol PROHIBITED.
Picnic Tables: If you move a picnic table, please return it to its appropriate site before leaving.
Fire Rings: Please do not move fire rings.
Photographs: Entrance to the campground constitutes permission for Old Mill Camp to photograph visitors and use resulting pictures for promotional purposes without payment to visitors.
Cottages: Due to allergies, absolutely no pets or smoking in the cottages. *$40.00 Deposit is required when making reservations for the cottages. If cottage is left in the same cleanliness and condition as when you arrived, the deposit will be refunded in full. If cottage is not left in the same condition, swept, and trash taken out, the deposit will be forfeited for cleaning services.
*If evidence of animals or smoking inside of cottage, or you will be charged a cleaning service fee.
Sanitation Help prevent pollution by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of lakes, streams, and other waters. Upon departure, please dispose of garbage in dumpster provided.
Firewood Visitors who want to have a campfire can bring certified heat-treated firewood into park or use dead and down wood from an area adjacent to the fire. The campground will have local firewood available.
Campfires Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. Within campgrounds and other recreation areas, fires may only be built in fire rings, stoves, grills, or fireplaces provided for that purpose. Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.
Vehicle Operation Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with posted regulations, and applicable Federal, State and local laws. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Use of vehicles within campgrounds and other recreation areas is limited to entering or leaving those areas.
Pets and Animals Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas. Please pick up after your pet. Please pick up DOGGIE-DOO! If you need a disposal bag, please let someone at the general store know. No pets allowed in any building on premises unless they are a service dog. You will be asked to leave with NO refund if your pet disturbs other guests. NO BARKING by your doggie!
Fireworks Use of fireworks or other explosives within campgrounds and other recreation areas is prohibited. Public Property Preserve and protect your Forests. Leave natural areas the way you find them.
Do not carve, chop, cut and damage any live trees.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: CUMMINS FALLS STATE PARK HOURS ARE POSTED ON ENTRANCE GATE OF THE STATE PARK. TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
